Holy crap! Tecmo Super Bowl for the NES is one of the greatest games of all time and Tecmo Bowl Kickoff looks just like it. Guess I gotta buy a DS now. The only question remaining is who will be the Bo Jackson of Tecmo Bowl Kickoff?

While I was in New York City last week I happened by the Hawaiian Tropic Zone–a Hooters rip off where the woman wear bikinis rather than orange short shorts. I’m not complaining, I’m just pissed I didn’t think of the idea first. With just 2 locations (NYC and Las Vegas) and no airline, Hawaiian Tropic has some catching up to do, but they are obviously positioning themselves as an upscale Hooters. The menu is more involved (aka more expensive) and the atmosphere goes beyond wooden tables and sports paraphernalia.

The girls in Vegas kick the New York girls’ asses, but for the price, I’d rather spend my money in a place I can see more (or less) than girls in bikinis.

Apparently, YouTube is the place to find hot, young chicks. Or at least that’s what Playboy thinks. Playboy launched a casting call on YouTube to find the 55th Anniversary Playmate. Holly, one of Hef’s girls, posted a video asking girls to submit video replies (without nudity!!! WTF?) and so far 55 ladies have answered the calls. Online television shows are starting to compete with their boob-tube cousins and The All For Nots, funded by George Lucas, is a great example of a quality show you can’t find on cable.

I recently caught a live performance (yes, they’re actually a pretty good band) and I was impressed enough to check out the show. You should too.

Wow! I’ve seen some odd fetishes in my time, but when a front-end loader can strip a woman quicker than I can… that’s just not right.
